Suggestions
For Meditation In This Time Of Healing And Reflection

Words cannot appropriately express what we as individuals and
as a nation our feeling today. Many may feel very helpless, feeling that
there is nothing that they can do. Below are some suggestions for
reflection and for direction of light and love that can be very active in
the efforts toward healing our nation.

Take
some time to send wishes for world peace. Take time to send
your love and light out into the world.
|
|
Take
some time to send love and light to those who lost their lives
today, as well as to those who were injured. Send love and light to
their family and to their friends. You don't need to know them by
name in order to send love and light to them.
|
|
Take time
to send light and love to our world leaders, to help them to act
from a place of love in making decisions rather than from a place of
fear, hatred or revenge.
|
|
Take
time to grieve your losses and to feel your regrets,
disappointments, anger and pain. Then hand these energies over
to your Higher Self, your Soul and to the Universe. Ask that they be
transformed into love.
|
|
Take
some time to send love and light to those you love. Express your
gratitude for having the opportunity to be in a relationship with
them.
|
|
Send
love to your neighbors. Sense your love and light encompassing the
neighborhood.
|
|
If
you have trouble sending your love and light to someone for who they
are right now, try sending it to their Truer Self or to their inner
light.
|
|
Send
your love and light out into your community.
|
|
Send
it out into the world. Send love and light to all sentient beings on
the planet.
|
|
Send
your love and light out into the Universe.
|
Express gratitude for things and people in your life. Take
time to reflect on what you are grateful for.
Ask your Higher Self and unseen friends from the Spirit World
to help us to heal and to grow from this experience.
Peace begins with each and every one of us.
We hope you can dedicate 10 minutes of your evenings over the
next few weeks toward meditation to help heal our nation and ultimately
the world. You do matter and you can make a difference.

peace. You can write your intention on a piece of paper and place it in
the grid or under a crystal. Flow images of love, healing and peace into
your crystals.
