Where
Will You Live if You Don't Take Care of Your House?
by Linda Richardson, Nurse
/ Herbalist
Quite often healing your body can be as
simple as adding a few nutritional supplements to your diet. There are
better and smarter ways to heal your body and you don't need insurance to
be able to afford them and you don't need the doctor's permission to get
them. Know your body. Your body talks to you and lets you know that it
feels differently at times. It is much easier to become healthier then it
is taking prescription drugs. When a child has a cough, often times, they
will take a cough medicine with codeine and the cough goes away. What some
people don't understand, is that the toxins go deeper and deeper into the
body for potential problems later on. It covers up the symptoms. It does
not give the body a good cellular level of healing. Herbal plants are the
only plants on earth that are able to get through to the membrane and into
the cell to regenerate the healing process. And they are not the only
vehicles to detoxify the body. Cellular health will not give you chronic
diseases. We have so many toxins that are blocking the enzymes in our
bodies and causing huge nutritional deficiencies. This is one reason why
so many people are overweight.
We are starving to death on a cellular
level. We are putting food down our throats with empty calories and not
getting enough nutrients at a cellular level. If we did, we wouldn't get
the cravings. This is also why we are so tired and feel so fatigued in our
daily lives because of the deficiencies and the nutrients that are missing
in our bodies. So we must take charge of our health and take the first
steps in taking care of our house. You can start by drinking 4-8 glasses
of filtered water to keep your kidneys flushed out. Lifestyle choices and
changes play a major role in our sense of well being. Exercise helps to
increase stamina. It does not need to be grueling. Take time to enjoy the
things you like doing. Eat good nutritious food. Bee Pollen is an
excellent way of making sure your body's nutritional needs are met, and
many of the nutritional herbs are full of vitamins and minerals.
Take the first step today towards better
health, I would be happy to show you how. If you wish to obtain
