It has become the fruit of myth and legend, as no one really knows what happened to Atlantis. But it is believed that it was swallowed up by the ocean where it has remained for centuries.

Ancient Atlanteans’ are said to have used crystals extensively as part of their everyday lives. Crystals form a variety of patterns or grids. They come in various sizes and form a number of color combinations and tones. Crystals follow harmonic frequencies, and they receive power from a variety of sources, including the Sun, the Earth's energy grid system or from each other.

Crystals are known to be a valuable resource in:  

• Healing
• Awakening and developing psychic abilities
• Meditation - Connecting with source
• Increasing mental capacity and clarity of thought
• Dematerialization - teleportation
• Transport of objects - telekinesis
• Working with magnetic force fields
• Records and other knowledge – similar to a computer
• Growing plants, etc.
• Science and technology
• Producing and teleporting matter
• Weather Control
• Huge crystal towers used as power generators
• Communication

Crystals have the ability to transfer energy, to preserve it, to maintain its intensity, to center and transmit it over a great distance to similar receivers, which are equal or comparable to the transmitter. The larger stones, called Fire Crystals, were the central receiving and broadcasting stations, while others acted as receivers for individual cities, buildings, vehicles and homes. On a higher spiritual level, rooms made of crystals were places where the Initiates left their bodies in the Final Transcendence, often never to return.

Just before the final destruction of Atlantis, the followers of "The Law of One" knew what was to come and were able to escape before Atlantis was destroyed.

When crystal communication systems failed, they sailed to Egypt but ended up in the Pyrenees in what are now Portuguese, French and Spanish lands. In Calais, one can still see the marks in the chalk cliffs of the entity's followers, as attempts were made to create a temple activity for the followers of the Law of One. They were first to establish a library of knowledge in 10,300 BC, which later became Alexandria.

The Law of One is the Law of Love. Life, Love, Earth and Spirit are the four major elements of the Law of One. Love is the sole, most powerful force in the universe. A positive energy of unlimited possibility! The effects of Love are cyclic in nature, given that the Love you send out comes back to you from others. The power of Love increases within and is increased in this way, so the more love you send out, the more you will receive and the more you will have to give. The power of Love can heal the sick, feed the hungry, clothe the poor, shelter the homeless and put an end to poverty. It can save the environment, save endangered species, and put an end to war -- it is infinite. The Atlanteans had deep understanding of this principle and acted in accordance to its dictates. They created their society based on spiritual esoteric principles, which were taught freely.

The One Law is about freedom, the freedom to let the Inner Light within each of us shine through,  to manifest into the physical world one's own unique expression of self, while allowing others to do the same. It is also about the sanctity of Life, not only in the human sense but Life in all its forms -- to live and to let live. Inflicting pain, suffering or death upon any living thing goes against the One Law. 

If our civilization managed itself according to the Law of One, we would not bring destruction to our environment and estrange ourselves from all that is natural. We would not discharge pollutants into the air, the waters and the  earth. We would not rape the land for developments' sake. We would not segregate the land to be owned by governments because the land belongs to God, who created the order of all things to be unified and interdependent. We would understand the earth as the source of all nourishment and sustenance, a genuinely living being, truly our mother.

Life in Atlantis

The Atlanteans used crystals for healing, communication, and weather control, as well as for keeping records. There were countless fantastic things about life in Atlantis. It was beautiful. And for hundreds of thousands of years, it was harmonious. They were a highly developed civilization with very advanced technology and very much in touch and in tune with nature.

Atlantis was huge in size. While the inhabitants of the community were very small originally, it then became an intergalactic population. The Healing Temple became intergalactic, becoming known as “the healing place" within the solar system. This brought quite an intergalactic population and a need to understand the different cultures and varying energies.

Earth became the place where souls intermingled gaining greater understanding of each other. Atlantis gave a great opportunity that had not been available before. Not only was Atlantis advanced as far as its culture was concerned, but it also had a very peaceful environment that allowed acceptance. There was a great acceptance of all life. There was very little judgment at that time of who was better or who was right. All things were pretty much accepted just the way they were.

Atlanteans possessed the ability to "fuse" living stone together using a kind of singing so that a violet energy infused the stones and created an inviolate whole, energy-wise. This singing was used to fuse the Great Pyramids, with a small group of singers from the temple going into a chamber beneath each pyramid and singing. The sound resonated throughout the pyramid, due in part to the resonant nature of the stone itself, in part to the harmonies being sung, and in part to the construction of the pyramids, which enhanced sound. As the resonance’s penetrated into the stone of the blocks forming the pyramids, there was a kind of electromagnetic effect that  caused the stones to fuse together.

The Atlanteans shaped stone by running their hands over it using a combination of their own wills and the energy and cooperativeness of the stone to create the shapes they desired. The shapes never violated the natural abilities of the stone, but instead were the kinds of shapes that the stone could take if shaped by wind and water and other natural forces. 

Atlanteans loved hot baths, which they created themselves by taking solid rock near natural hot springs and shaping and molding the rock to create bath houses. Occasionally they worked, very carefully, with the forces of the earth to bring heat closer to the surface in an effort to create the environment for hot springs to occur. This process was always carried out with respect for the whole of the surrounding environment, and only in areas where it seemed appropriate to do so. One of these hot spots is in the northern part of South America.

What we can learn from the Atlanteans?

The Atlanteans didn't really marry, but frequently there would be an agreement formed by a couple for a while and then one may choose to leave. There would then be a union with another soul. Unions seldom broke up because of disharmony. Marriage or union can be dissolved amicably when one party wants to leave, no divorce lawyers needed here!

When there was disagreement, it was always taken before a tribunal unit of philosophers, and usually the difference was resolved. Seldom was there anything that was not resolved among the populace. It was a time of great peace. To live in peace and harmony is not boring; we don’t need stress to make life more interesting. Differences can be resolved fairly by an elected tribunal. We could start to practice living in peace and harmony in a more egalitarian society

They lived for as long that they chose to experience life in the particular set of circumstances they had chosen. They could live for a thousand years if they chose, or they could live for fifty. We could choose our life experiences and end our life when completed, no need for euthanasia! We could also benefit from instruction in the healing arts, no need for life long diseases. When one is sick, you just visit one of the healing chambers and your problem is resolved.

Childbirth was unusual in Atlantis because the general population had come to understand how to leave their bodies and come again as they chose. When it did happen, the parents were chosen very carefully. They were nurtured not only by the parents, but by the whole community. All the souls in Atlantis taught, loved and nurtured this new soul as it grew. They were nurtured in the ways of the earth and their physical existence on this planet. It takes a community to raise a child, we can see practice of this in cultures such in Africa, Asian and South America. We could learn that we are one and that differing cultures and nationalities can live in harmony, with respect for all.

All animals lived in harmony in Atlantis. There was not any devouring of life to sustain life in Atlantis, they were so nurtured by the energy of the love, divinity and the crystalline power that their very nature was changed. If the animal was of a carnivorous nature, they were no longer carnivorous once they were in Atlantis. Bestial ways can be changed by love and positive thought.

The philosophers continually advanced in their philosophical understanding. They extended their thought processes beyond life on this planet as they came to understand life in the entire galaxy. They had much more knowledge of the solar system and understood much more about the universe then we understand today. The knowledge and wisdom gained of the vastness and the beauty of life was freely shared with all the people. Information is not power, and can be shared freely, which, in itself, promotes harmony, peace, generosity and an ability to extend beyond our own thoughts and wishes.

Atlanteans had a vast knowledge and understanding of energy. They had the skill to form from pure raw energy whatever was needed to maintain their existence. They ate, not only for the enjoyment of the taste but for the vibration taken into their body. Again and again their body's energy was balanced by this intake because they had the knowledge of the various vibrations. Eating had more to do with energy balance than of sustenance or pleasure. With obesity rampant in the Western World, we could learn many a lesson from consumption only to sustain and maintain a balanced energy level throughout our bodies, rather than consuming for greed, for personal satisfaction, because we are depressed or to comfort our soul.

It was believed that the Atlanteans did not fear death. This may be because it is believed that they were immortals or they knew enough about death and the afterlife not to be scared. We should become familiar with life and death, thereby taking away the fear and mystification surrounding dying. Once we truly understand that life is eternal, and that we create our own reality, having agreed on our life mission, we may no longer fear death.

Everything the Atlanteans did, they did out of a philosophical reverence for, and concern about, the things they were working with. It wasn't so much an awareness of the consciousness within the stone as it was a deep awareness.

Atlanteans believed that whatever is created or shaped must come out of honor and integrity. Anything else dishonored their awareness at a profound level. It was almost as impossible for an Atlantean to do something that violated the integrity of anything. We could learn respect and reverence for all that exists in the universe and use only what we need, remembering to say thanks for whatever we use to make our existence more comfortable.
