Flower Essences In A Nutshell
Flower essences are actually liquid concentrates—usually preserved in
alcohol or vinegar—of flowers that have been soaked in spring water. It
is intended that one dilutes only a few drops of the flower essence in
water to drink, or the drops can be applied under the tongue. For some,
the drops may be applied to the skin or in a bath if there is reason not
to ingest them (due to the alcohol, for example). Flower essences are
based on the concept that they hold aspects of the flower’s energy,
